You must contact our company at  info@fajasboutique.com  as soon as you receive the order for further instructions. Due to hygienic standards for items such as Panties, Thongs, Briefs, Underwear, Lingerie, Bras, Bodysuits, Bodysuit Panty, or Bodysuit Thongs DO NOT QUALIFY FOR THE EXCHANGE PROCESS.

You as the Customer are liable for all shipping fees that you may incur during the exchange process. (This includes your shipment to our company and the exchange shipment back to your location).

We do not offer free shipping for exchanges.
